The server host is also an administrator, but that doesn't mean that every appointed admin on a server has the rights of a server host.
In Rising World, there are usually many admins, but a so-called admin usually doesn't have the rights to change datas in the database. A distinction is made here between host and admin.
It's up to each admin how far they go with their help. Building a few trees or a pond for a player is a nice gesture, but if 20 people on the server are demanding it it's already too much. You shouldn't hold it against the admin if they don't want to do it anymore.
Good cooperation is more fun than issuing blunt rules; if that's the case, people will just leave.

I didn't know there were many administrators on the server, thanks for the information. I thought that players get admin rights from the main one. In any case, we'll find out what we don't know.
My players are returning to the game, and I think this is the main indicator of the server, which means they are interested in playing here.

It's nice that you have players who play with you, but wouldn't it be better if these players asked their own questions? Are they also posting with your account? That would explain some misunderstandings.

I agree with the others.
1. Server owner/host sets the rules and delegates supervising them to some administrators.
2. Administrators are volunteers and players alike. They do mistakes as well and they are not always right. But in general they are equipped with special rights to fulfill their "job". That's more a responsibility than a reward or superpower.
Remember they are also and mainly players who want to play. Every request should be considered if it's necessary or just bothering them.
3. Players need to follow the server rules. And admin and owner requests. If these requests are violating server rules either contact the owner ingame or leave the server, if you disagree.
4. Visitors have to behave.
