Same here, it shows up as old version. I noticed while it was updating one line said “ERROR failed to set “beta” unity exit”.
Does the issue still persist? According to your other post, you're using Pterodactly to update the server? It seems that the Pterodactyl egg for RW uses the "unity" beta branch specifically, but I've disabled this beta branch earlier (basically it was a remnant from the time before the Java version was replaced by the new version). However, apparently this causes problems, so I've fully removed the "unity" branch now.
If it still doesn't work, I can re-add a new "unity" branch temporarily (until the egg gets updated).
I removed the "beta" from my pterodactyl egg and it still seems to be not updating. Clients who don't update can still connect.
I’m using steam updater through my server host, same result, no 9.1
im running in my own docker image that should update on startup but i just noticed that restarting the game does not restart the container and therefore not updating the game
So on my side a simple container restart did it.
Hmm... unfortunately it's difficult to say what's going on there
The update for the server had been uploaded and released (almost at the same time when the client update was released)...
I've also verified both Linux and Windows (and both of them are up-to-date)... maybe Steam is having some problems atm... in fact it's an ongoing issue that SteamCMD sporadically does not download a new update (adding the "validate" argument usually does the trick, but that doesn't work always)...

Oh, I'm glad to hear that you've sorted that out ![]()
Currently using this egg It seems to reboot with no problem and it looks for updates but gets nothing and just boots the old version.
That one also seems to use the unity beta branch... I've re-added a unity beta branch now. It's identical to the public branch, but maybe that works better now?
