I just downloaded Tunngle, and was wondering how I could make a Rising World server with this tool. Please help.

Open the server.properties file in your server directory with a texteditor and set "server_hive_verification" and "server_list_visible" to false (also leave "server_ip" blank - if that does not work, try putting your Tunngle IP there), then start the server and give your Tunngle IP to your friends (they have to be in the same Tunngle room/network). They can simply connect to that IP via "Connect To IP" then.

You have to choose a proper RCON port (which isn't in use) in the server.properties file (rcon_port), and set "rcon_enabled" to true. You can also set a proper password (rcon_password), then you should be able to connect with the RCON tool to your server ip -

Yes, the RCON tool only works with the dedicated Rising World server
