I think it is very nice you have done the effort, however, for someone not having a lot of experience setting up a Rising World server, I'm a bit confused to where I need to put the files. Even explaining it in German would be sufficient.
If you or anyone else has the time, I'd very much appreciate that! -
you extract the zip and place the folder created by the extraction in the plugins folder in your server. If the "plugins" folder does not exist create it yourself, all letters must be small case not Caps.

Was meinst du damit genau? Das mann sie auf dem Bildschirm immer sieht, oder das man sie mit Commando abfragt?
Mit dem Befehl "/at gettime" bekommst du bereits die InGameTime! Da kommt als Text (Bespiel): "Zeit: 19.1.0 6:50:0......."Das Fettgeschriebene Ist die Zeit. Ich weiß leider bis jetzt nicht, wie man nur die Zeit anzeigen lassen kann.

do you mean something like having a message appear every some set interval of time?

you cannot do that with admin tools then, but you can do it with server tools (see here: [Plugin] ServerTools v 1.0.0 )
