The Update for tonight? Will that be CET Time Zone (UTC/GMT +1)? Any Idea of how soon that will start and for approximately how long?

Updates are seldom right on time, although red51 does better than most.
The process will take as long as it takes, so just keep alert and maybe cross some fingers. We don't even know for sure what will be included in this release, but that makes it sort of like Christmas morning.

It is a mysterious update for sure. From past conversations, I'm gonna guess that there will be bark textures on the blockbench and more silly loading screen messages. Other than that, I have no clue what will be. But we will find out soon enough
