these are probably items you had in your inventory from the previous version of the game and could not be transferred to the new version due to some change in them. Just throw them away there are void items now without any possible use

That's correct, Red's commented on this on another post. Either chuck the items or keep em in a chest as a keepsake - they're useless now.
