Editing Permissions for single player?

Hi there

I've read a couple old threads about this, but is there anyway to change the permissions for single player such as 1 hit in survival mode?

The other threads I have read and are are a few years old now just wondered if the feature to change permissions was added?

yes you can open the console (key next to 1 and below Esc) and type "gm 1" then press enter. This way you enter creative mode and you can do the 1 hit mine/chop you want but you also get access to all the creative mode tools and free crafting if I am not mistaken so it is not meant to be for survival mode

Well I want to play survival with 1 hit and with out the infinite items as I love Gathering as much stuff as possible ( I'm not a hoarder in real life lol)

Just wondered if there was a way to change the permissions?

No unfortunately there is no way to do 1 hit without entering creative mode

maybe @red51 could add the 1 hit thing as a separate permission, then you could do it via a permission file

I didn't think so and yea I would really like to be able to mess around with the permissions.

yes indeed we have at some point, could have been Effendor or Artisan's Realm depending on how far back it was

I think it was Wilds server about a year ago maybe and I also played on Artisans realm about 3 months ago.

Im sure we will bump into each other again and again thanks for your help.
