Can someone play the game and make a Youtube video to see how it looks Thanks
@Radioman03 already did a good video but I am hoping he will make a followup because he didn't find the "playground" area in the first.

Is there a way to reset the world? I found out that dying replaces all the items lying around the level but doesn't restore the terrain and structures. For example I've mined some of the mountain and destroyed some objects like the birdhouse/clocks, and I want to reset so I can have those back to how they were.
There's no in-game method yet but since the current single player game is generated statically, you can simply delete the old one then re-launch the game to have it re-generated.
Default location for most players is going to be here in windows:
C:\Program Files(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Rising World\_New Version\Worlds
The word is saved in the folder called "New World". Delete this folder and re-launch the game
I love this playground area. I'm digging the grandfather clock, the Japanese lanterns, and a bit happily annoyed by the door locked teasing the Christmas tree. I have a lot more to explore.
I missed the Christmas tree but leave it to Red to make an impressive demo with lots of teasers of what is to come.
Maybe the door is locked and time sensitive, only open on Christmas. I'll set my clock forward and see what happens. I wouldn't be suprised if Red put some easter eggs in here for us to discover.
I'm not trying to be mean, it is just my opinion:
I think that the previous design of the launcher and the RW bulletin board looked better than the current one.

While I like the new paintstroked transparency layer looking UI , I do miss the appearance of wooden planks. Maybe the old one was a bit overdone in wood but I wouldn't mind seeing some wood planks or maybe a wooden sign that is in the ground and menu driven in the new UI.
Also, I have to nitpick about the look of the "milkyway" in the night sky unless it's established that we are on some far off world. But the milky way looks like two white fuzzy paint stroke against the starry sky. Here's the best I can find that represents its appearance to the naked eye:

So i had to try and... any idea when Hell will be available? Are there plans to make that a vertical-layered biome like some other future underworld areas?
This is a hard coded playground which is actually not part of the world
We used it as playground for testing various things and originally wanted to remove it for the demo, but it could still be fun to explore that part so we kept it in for the first demo release
Yup! It's a awesome little area. I managed to shoot at the blocks and make them fall down.
This ground detail is amazing! I found a pickaxe just now. I'm really digging these Japanese lanterns btw. I feel like I've stepped into Red's personal home on a mountain. hehe
I'm in. OMG This is beautiful!!!
This is great news. Is the banner at the top correct. Will I be able to try out the new version as it is now today after work and record it? If so, I am a very happy man. Thanks Red.
I look forward to your videos always. We're in the "deployment window" now so I'm standing by and trying to get my own work done while this excitement going on!
When coronavirus will be history, friends will be like: Lets go out,do some things.
Me: No,Im good.I'll stay in and play Rising World lol
Gamers have been stuck indoors far before covid was a thing I actually spend time outside a lot, but without other people because I've been social distancing before it was popular.
The table cabin is impressive but I still want to see a tent full of tents. That was apparently a feature of the first version.
the draw distance seems to exceed the old version. wow!
Hehe, until recently the new version had no hands, just like in the old days - it was disgusting

That's a bit harsh. Early access games are like used cars to me. They aren't yet at 100% of their potential but that adds to their charm.
And there i was thinking that we had telekinesis
I guess that's another way of caling a bug a feature
Am i the only one saddened by the promise of visible hands? I was hoping for a throwback to the early version which had no hands.
Banner just got updated
We need this now today 05/12/2020. give us a surprise. Been waiting so long now man.
It's certainly been a while. I'm excited
So with basic gravity for objects , does this mean no more Flying Dutchman goast ships flying around in the air?
I think Red mentioned the option being experimental and easy to disable.
If it is as in the current version, its at the bottom of the world. The Lava is supposed to be a disguise for a wall the player can´t break. I like the idea to combine this with a type of special biome.
A while back i brought up the idea of vertical biomes. if this gets baked in to the refactor then it will be possible to expand to various underground style biomes such as hell and maybe hell variants like the kinds we see now in the minecraft Nether. Intermediary biomes between hell and the ground level would be cool too. I know there's been some talks of underground lakes (like in Journey to the center of the earth) and glowing mushroom biomes.
In the current version however, Hell is just a certain depth but still described as the above-ground biome. so it doesnt seem possible to add vertical biomes in the current version.
