BTW. About that sky screenshot. Did you knew that if you fly higher - you will end up in space and get whole planet view? Did it one time for fun. Was amazed.
I'll have to try that!

That aurora shot is amazing. Its decided. Will build in snowy biome after update is live.
Thank you! Same here! Feel free to add me on steam if you wanna play together after or before update!
I know this is a late response, but unfortunately no mechanic or tech plugins for Rising World exist. Just browse the plugins channel and pick your favorite, which by now I am sure you have already. I wish there were tech mods/plugins in this game such as automation, etc!
Will POIs spawn in our current worlds once update releases?
Looks great! Perhaps I can make a Youtube video on how I, personally would build a modern greenhouse! Perhaps you might get inspired with some new building techniques! ![]()
I thought there were no glass cause un creative I Didn't find it
You have to smelt sand within a furnace first to get raw glass, then you use that to make glass panels within the modern workbench!
Some moments in Rising world are photography-gallery worthy!
i could put a plugin together for this. something like a padlock you can place and interact with.
That would be amazing! Make sure to give credit for the idea of course ![]()
This would be a great idea to have but until we get the ability to create custom movable structures which is/was/maybe planned ? to a central pivot, we will have to stick with what's in game.
Perhaps...

Hia! Yes, you can make glass with sand within survival!
So we already have chests, but I would love the ability to make my own chests by crafting a chest object which look like a lock that would be on a chest. This lock will have an invisible interaction box around the lock itself(So a player can open the UI when their crosshair hovers over the invisible interaction box)
-With the ability of having different size's to choose from
I have uploaded a picture of my concept!
A modest greenhouse, with 6, 4x4 planting spaces, so you can plant stuff during winter.

Please change it back to the center, thanks!
Red51 plans on tweaking the grid system in the future with the ability to add an option to revert back to the old grid system! ![]()
I just got back into Rising World after a while and noticed the new grid system. At first I didn't like it, but then I realized that I could freeze the element(ctr), then move to be aligned with the grid. Also, I know what you mean about the elements not being aligned with the grid. Building huge floors with only one element would be an issue: For example a block made into a plank with the dimensions of 10 0.2 10. The whole element would be off-grid and would suck to try to make more additions to that element while keeping them aligned correctly!
Display MoreSorry for responding so late, but the next update will indeed change the grid behaviour
I want to give a bit of background information about why the grid behaviour was changed: The problem with the old grid behaviour was that the position was always based on a 1x1 block. For example, if you had a 0.5x0.5 block and a 0.5 grid size, it aligned like this:
If you had a 0.25x0.25 block and a 0.25 grid size, it looked like this:
The same applied to a 2x2 block, which didn't align well to the grid:
The previous update tried to fix these situations. Unfortunately it had the side effect that if you wanted to place a 0.5x0.5 block in a grid with a size of 1, it was no longer centered. Of course this is also problematic...
With the upcoming update, we want to try to fix both situations: If the block size is less or equal the size of the grid (e.g. if you want to place a 0.5x0.5 block in a grid with a size of 1), it will be centered. Otherwise it will try to align to the grid. IMHO that should be the best compromise.
However, we'll also add an option to switch back to the old grid behaviour (in case the new grid behaviour is still causing trouble)
Took me a few days to build! Does not come with crafting tables or furnaces! I hope you will enjoy this epic glass comfy home on your world/server!
