Thanks for bringing this up! It looks like the classloader isn't able to find the resources in the jar file... sorry for the inconvenience, we will fix this issue with the next update!

However, you also made me aware of another potential issue: If multiple plugins have an image called "plus.png" in the "resources" folder, it's nearly impossible to determine which "plus.png" image you're actually referring to (since all plugin jars are in the classpath). Even though it is possible to find out the caller class (by using dark voodoo magic and calling internal proprietary API methods), I think it's much cleaner to provide a reference to the actual plugin class in the constructer. Something like that: -

Yes, unfortunately the water is currently kinda limited... it is our intention to increase the "precision" of water (or more precisely, the resolution of the underlying data grid), but I don't dare to change the water until we're working on its physical behaviour (I really want to avoid that any of these changes lead to unforeseen consequences which eventually mess up our plans about physiscal water)

Oh... well... obviously this is a feature! If you're fast enough it indicates that your character is skilled enough to use the smelter more efficiently

Our rule only applies - as suspected by @Miwarre - to Rising World creations, i.e. it just means you have to create the building on your own (it doesn't matter if it's based on a real building or not). This rule is only there to prevent people from joining mp servers and submit screenshots of various buildings they found there.
So of course you're allowed to post screenshots of your building which replicates a real/historical building
Not sure if there are any laws in any countries which forbid posting images of real historical buildings, but I highly doubt you will ever run into problems by doing so (especially not when just posting RW screenshots)^^ -
Leider handelte es sich nicht um ein Rising World Update, sondern Steam hat vermutlich lediglich die VCRedist Pakete aktualisiert. Das passiert von Zeit zu Zeit ist ist manchmal etwas irreführend.

Thanks for the log, but yeah, as you mentioned, it's from last year and not really related to this issue. One thing you could do to get a more recent log: start the game, open the ingame console (key ^ or ` or ~, depending on your keyboard language) and type "report" (without quot. marks), then a file called "report" will appear in your game directory. Please upload it or post the content here

However, if the error only occurs after playing for a given amount of time (and if restarting the computer is the only thing that helps), this sounds more like a different issue. It could be either a temperature issue, or a driver issue. Make sure you download and install the latest driver from the NVIDIA homepage: http://www.nvidia.com/download…Results.aspx/114708/en-us -

This error is caused by an outdated graphics driver. Your driver is dated on 2010, unfortunately the old AMD/ATI drivers had severe issues with OpenGL. Please go to the AMD homepage and download and install the latest graphics driver: http://support.amd.com/de-de/d…legacy3&os=Windows+7+-+32
However, I'd also highly recommend to upgrade to a 64 bit operating system (32 bit isn't officially supported). -
SteamException: Error initializing Steam API
This error occurs when the Steam API could not be initialized. Restarting Steam usually does the trick

If the game crashes, please have a look if there is a file called "errorlog" or "hs_err_pid" in your game directory
If there is such a file, please upload it here. These files contain further information about what's going on exactly. -

Möglicherweise betrifft das Problem nur Web.de, wir werden das auf jeden Fall überprüfen. Nichtsdestotrotz habe ich deinen Account manuell freigeschaltet

Yes, as long as the Mac meets the minimum system requirements (OSX 10.9 or higher, 3-4 GB RAM, dual core, OpenGL 2.1/3.0 compatible graphics adapter)

Yes, but it requires admin permissions to enter this command. Just enter the command into console (which can be opened by pressing ` or ~)

Yes, you can type deleteplayer playername into console, this deletes his character (but be careful about that command)

Hey there. For some reason i can't login into my favourite server. I can join other servers with no problem but when i try to login the server i usually play, it stucks at loading screen. What might be the reason of this problem? Thank you.
When does it get stuck exactly? Can you maybe post the server IP here?

@Deirdre: Die Texturen wären ja weiterhin via Command verfügbar... aber ich verstehe was du meinst. Schwieriges Thema. Tatsächlich haben aber die N/A Texturen schon öfters für Verwirrung gesorgt, sodass mir eigentlich lieber wäre, die aus der Werkbank zu entfernen
