I cannot install anything for the intel card, i tried, it said something about not compatible, get the latest drivers from manufacturer (i assume dell in this case, which do not have any new drivers)

Yeah, that's a common problem with laptops. However, there is a workaround to manually install the Intel driver (although it does not work always), but usually it should be sufficient to just update the AMD driver ;)

And nothing happens when i click download from the supplied link for amd drivers XD

Hmm that's strange... I was able to download the driver without any problems (firefox) =O Did you disable Javascript eventually?

Edit: I got the AMD update file from a different site than amd, will report back once i test it, still no idea why the game did not crash the last time i played. I mean, it is good that it didn't crash, but that does not help understand what was wrong.

If the game still crashes, a recent "hs_err_pid" file (or "errorlog") and a new "report" might be useful :) About the crashes, usually it just crashes randomly. It depends on your driver version and your graphics card. Sometimes you can't even start the game, sometimes it crashes after a few seconds, sometimes it's even possible to play an hour or so. There are several factors that can trigger the driver bug. I don't know what goes wrong in the driver exactly, I just know that AMD fixed that issue in recent driver versions ^^

Thanks for the detailed information :) The crash is caused by the AMD graphics driver, it's dated on 2012, the old AMD drivers unfortunately have broken OpenGL support :( But it since you have a Radeon HD 7730 it should be possible to install the genuine AMD driver, at least it states that it's compatible with the 7700M series: http://support.amd.com/en-us/d…desktop?os=Windows+7+-+64
Installing this driver should solve the problem. In some situations it may be necessary to update the Intel driver as well, but usually it should be fine to just install the AMD driver. If it still does not work then, please let us know

This message indicates that your server was not able to contact the masterserver. It sends a ping periodically, and if it does not get a response in time this "error" occurs. In your case it's nothing to worry about, since this is only problematic if it occurs 10 times in a row (according to the log, this error occurred all few hours).

What kind of server do you have? Is it a rented dedicated server, or is it just a separate computer in your household?

Thanks for the logs! The first log confirms that the worlddatabase is broken...
The second log seems to be fine, but there is a broken chest in your world (in other words, it contains invalid items). This may have several reasons, but it shouldn't be a problem. The rest of the world was loaded correctly. However, the error Cannot assign requested address: bind indicates that the server could not bind to the ip. This happens either when the port is already in use (maybe another instance of the rw server running on the same port?), or the provided IP address is invalid.
Is it intentional that the second log contains a different ip address (the server binds to) than the first one?

Eventually this may be caused by dpi scaling. Please try this: Go to your game directory (Steamversion: Rightclick on RW in Steam -> Properties -> Local files -> Browse local files), then rightclick on the Rising World executable (Steamversion: "risingworldx64.exe"), select "Properties", then go to the "Compatibility" tab and check the "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings" box. Confirm the changes, and start the game again. Does it work then?

It looks like the world database is corrupted :( If you have a backup, I'd recommend to use that.
Alternatively you can try to fix the database, depending on what's broken exactly. Here are some explanations about how to do that: http://froebe.net/blog/2015/05…ed-solved/comment-page-1/ and http://techblog.dorogin.com/20…tabase-disk-image-is.html

I'm not sure if the "ITEMDEFINITION IS NULL" error is also related to this issue. A full serverlog would be helpful to see if there is maybe an additional problem.

Das hängt also einzig davon ab.

    New error again....
I am leaving IP blank, the only thing i edited in the properties was the name of the server.

Is it possible to join the server? Or are you still stuck in the loading screen?
Usually the API error indicates that the Http Port (to query the server) is blocked (it's the serverport-1, so by default 4254).

    Hosts is unedited

Ok, hostfile should be fine ^^

I did it and I had the error report that I send you in the first post

Oh sorry, I have misread that you already tried the Beta :D

Also I've launched the game in a terminal and it works, but I can't log in

Hmm... what Java version is installed on your system? Maybe you can try to replace the JRE of the game (in steam/steamapps/common/Rising World/java) with your System JRE and see if you can start the game then (perhaps it's indeed related to the Java version).
If that doesn't work, you can try to replace the "lwjgl.jar" in "steam/steamapps/common/Rising World/core" with this one: https://github.com/tfg13/lwjgl/releases/tag/test_lwjgl%23112

java.net.BindException: Cannot assign requested address: bind

This error indicates that the server could not bind to the IP/Port, either the port is already in use (maybe another RW server running on the same port?), or there is a misconfiguration in the Windows host file (Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\hosts), or the IP you put into the "server.properties" is invalid.

does the game support 2012 r2?

    Yes of course ;)

    New error..

One thing that can be problematic is your current Java version. Only the 32 bit version is installed, if you use a 64 bit operating system, make sure you also install the 64 bit Java version.
What IP did you enter in the "server_ip" field? When running the server on your local machine, try to leave the "server_ip" field blank

I definitely like this idea (lava tubes as well as basalt around the tubes as well as gems that can be found inside the tubes)

Sounds crazy, but actually it is a bug that PgUp and PgDn does not work for blueprints =O Originally the first blueprint releases only used Numpad + and - to raise/lower a blueprint, but we changed it at some point so it uses Numpad +/- as well as PgUp/Dn. Unfortunately the blueprint preview does not listen for the PgUp/Dn input, so only Numpad +/- can be used at the moment. This will be changed with the next update ;)

Aside: Some of the short-cuts listed above can be customized, other cannot

Nearly all keybindings can be changed (with the exception of some very few hard coded keybindings, like the ESC key). But some keybindings can only be changed in the "config.properties" file in the game directory. What keybinding are you looking for exactly?

If it is intentional, by definition it is not a bug. This means there are reasons behind this, perhaps involving the balancing of the user experience or something like. Still it looks a bit strange to me: on an MP server, time looks to me like an "external resource" which should not suffer alterations.

The reason is that we wanted to give the ability to skip the night (some people prefer to play only during daytime). If just a single player on the server could skip the night by sleeping in his bed, it would be a bit unfair to other players (for those who actually want to play during night), so basically every player has to "agree" to skip the night (and they "agree" by sleeping in their beds, too). So only if all players on the server sleep in their beds, the night will be skipped. Of course this will rarely happen on big multiplayer servers, but for example when playing with your friends, you could just tell them to go to bed to skip the night ;)

Btw, we want to avoid to sync ingame time across all servers. We want to give full control over that to admins, so it's up to them to have a daytime-only or a night-only server. Admins can even define the duration of a day (this would not be possible if time would be synced across all servers), or change the current time via command
