Unfortunately animal husbandry wasn't part of this update
But we've done some preparations for taming animals
The term "husbandry" is a bit generic, which feature are you most looking forward to? Taming, catch, breeding etc? Or getting goods from animals (like milk, eggs etc)?

This is my view of survival games, survive dangers and create a base in which you have almost everything to survive
very good, but i don't see animal husbandry that is a top feature for me

Unfortunately it's not implemented yet
I'm not sure if it will make it into the update... but if it's not ready in time, it will be part of the next update.
But the upcoming update, however, will at least provide a way to collect and replant grass in survival mode

We're now four days in making our way closer to Christmas. WOOO!~
Steam Support stubbornly (doubled down on many levels) noting how I'm a worthless human being. I'm not allowed to post, nor do anything. Everything is my fault to people and Steam Support and I hate people for that. So disingenuous of them. They closed my ticket so you're stuck with me here, unless Red51 or someone else does something. I will however note moderators are asleep on here.
My area has freezing rain and snow mix so that's fun. We should be getting between 10-23 cm, depending on what actually happens. Finally have Christmas weather here with ice pellets falling in unison with snow.

There is unfortunately no setting for that available, but we want to add some sliders with one of the next hotfixes to change the animal spawn rate^^
The only way to change that is to modify the definitions.db file in the Data/StreamingAssets subfolder. You can open it with an SQL editor. The "npcs" table contains all npcs - there is a column "behaviour", if you change it to "Shy", animals will run away
There are unfortunately no aggressive animals yet, but once they're implemented, we'll think about adding a separate slider for them

the last question, if i set to "SHY" all animals, will i be able to tame them?
hi, i started a new game, i killed some animals and gutted with knife but i got nothing. am i doing something wrong? then, animals are too much and do not run until you hit them, is there any way to decrease their number and to make them run just when they see you?
EDIT: i figure out how to decrease animal number. I met a fox that fled when saw me, can i set this behavior to the other passive animals?
and the last question, is there a way to increase the spawning of dangerous animals?
give me my farm animals..i can stop living in the real world....
