Update: The standalone should now be available! Sorry for the delay!

Agreed, not a simple one. Especially to make it realistic. But I can see peeps wanting to use them in survival mode (they do look pretty cool).
Maybe have it so that one boulder takes up the whole inventory... I don't know. I don't write survival games

So, whilst sitting on a log bench watching a bonfire I thought, wouldn't it be a great idea to have marshmallows to roast
Not quite sure what the recipe would be! Eggs and sugar beet?
-
No need to say sorry mate
appreciate you taking your time to take a screenshot and post.
btw. i really do like this "hack". finally i can generate these rocks and will definitely use them for building
100%! I hope there will be a way in survival mode to do this in the future red51

Yes as I said I used a space before
but thanks Avanar
Edit: Added a strikethrough to avoid confusion

While a sapling is equipped (I know this sounds strange), type "id ironore" into console to turn it into iron ore
Just tried that... does not appear to work?
id ironore - no space
I used the forum search tool to find this post again and the search tool made it look like id iron ore

Still working this morning after the auto-restart

-
Thanks red51 update applied and fingers crossed

Updates:
Turned on UDP logging on firewall -- no DROP UDP logs (for associated ports)
Turned off firewall temporarily -- issue persists.
Router restart -- issue persists.
Client restart -- issue persists.
Server restart -- working
(for now - I did do this earlier (first thing I tried) and it did not work)
Info:
Firewall is built in windows firewall
TCP/UDP ports open on router and pointing at servers local IP
Ports on server are open on windows firewall
RisingWorldServer.exe is on the Allow apps through firewall list

Hmm maybe it was not the UDP FP... after seeing James' message I decided to check my server again this morning.
5% loading symptom is back.

Thanks for the reading material

Hi,
Whilst we wait for the new API to become available could you point me in a starting direction to learn more about how the new flex UI will work?
Thanks!
-
It's a Draytek Vigor 2860
It was a set to a very low value. I believe it had been changed some time in the past to test something for a client and never set back. *facepalm*
So I'll hold my hand up for causing this myself.
I also updated the firmware on it (was slightly out of date) I did this at the same time so it could have been a firmware oddity but the UDP FP seems most likely.

Restarted world, objects were still there but this time managed to chop tree down... *shrug*
-
HIT PICKABLE: WorldElement [id: 549776, dbID: -1, created: 1638699901, chunk: [26, 0, 18], pos: (21.50, 520.50, 6.50), rot: (0.04404, 0.89387, -0.00557, 0.44611), scale: (1.04, 1.04, 1.04)]

Oh, that's strange
Left overs from the original demo really shouldn't be an issue... did it happen in multiplayer? Are these elements still invincible after restarting the server?
I'll check later. A player reported it to me and I confirmed it the specific trees/rocks wouldn't break for me either. I'll find which ones there are again, and restart the server standing near them to check that they aren't ghosts.
Just FYI: the ID I could see on the console was -1 when hitting the objects
-
Not sure if it's just me but the emoticons in chat have changed to <sprite name=sad> etc.
Also, there appears to be some items that are invincible (trees and rocks) - I'm guessing these are left over from the original demo?
-
I think I've resolved the issue.
UDP Flood Protection on router.
-
Thanks, Yes I did change the port to see if that helped.
I'll have another go in the morning.
I suspect the ISP...

On the client debug console I can see my server listed (as well as someone else's)
GetServerList response -> 200
Server http://24.165.197.229:7254 return error code 0
Server http://80.194.162.192:3253 return error code 0 <- MR server
