what do you mean exactly? Did you get a red warning message? The map saves every few seconds automatically normally.
Are you using multiple computers to play on? Maps are generated client side, so if you play Rising World on same account on two PCs you will have two versions of the map.
No everybody on our Server has this Problem. We open the map and see where we run..but after a while all is delete
oooh you mean the actual in game map, i.e. the item.
In that case did the server owner change the name of the server? The maps are saved locally on each player's PC, they are not on the server. And they are named after the server IP address and name so if either one of those changes then the a new empty map folder is created.
mhhh im not sure what i have too do
hmm ok let's start a bit more basic,
1) are you using a hosted server service like Nitrado or are you hosting it yourself?
2) are you using the "play with friends" option to invite people to your local world through steam?

We use Nitrado
ok good then once the world has been generated and the name has been set in the server.properties file you shouldn't have any problems with the maps.
Just make sure you don't change the name in the server.properties file.
i Change it allready before...
server_world_name=Wo sind wir denn?
What is do do now sorry (-:
hmm that should work and if you leave it there the map should work fine. I could try to join your server sometime tomorrow to take a look at the situation
Sorry for the late response! Unfortunately you can't use special characters in the world name (in this case the question mark), since the server creates a folder and a few files on the hard drive using that name (and depending on the OS/filesystem, this character is not allowed). So in order to fix that problem, just remove the question mark from the world name (and make sure to not use any other special characters)

I believe this also goes for player names correct? I know we have to ask players to change their name if it has a special character in it.

Special characters in player names can indeed cause problems, however, this shouldn't interfere with the map
