When painting, the roller used to paint slowly. Now it paints immediately, how do I change it?

This was basically changed in the crafting update back then: since then, the paint roller paints surfaces immediately, but we also added a new paint brush which still paints surfaces slowly (so you have more control about how much you want to paint a surface)
