Server to server Portals

This would be a great feature for multiplayer. You Drop a portal in your world that lets you Journey to other peoples world from within yours .

It would be better if these portals would be generated with the world and be massively looking things.
Portals shouldn't be crafted by players.

This would only work if someone owns two servers, because of that I don't think this would be implemented.
There is always the chance that someone makes a mod to do this for us.
