Server to server Portals

This would have to be done with a mod I figure

It would be better if these portals would be generated with the world and be massively looking things.
Portals shouldn't be crafted by players.

This was a nice Idea ;D

This would only work if someone owns two servers, because of that I don't think this would be implemented.
There is always the chance that someone makes a mod to do this for us.
