buggy npc's

  • well red51? the dummy editor is amazing but they work not pretty well:

when I spawn a dummy in a normal house sometimes he just walk on a bed or table and he just teleporting on the roof XD

    but it's is sometime sstupid

finaly we have a new villager! where is he? oh on the roof))

well maybe something the won't walk on those object or they won't glitch trough the roof;)

  • Хорошо, красный51? Редактор манекена удивительный, но они работают не очень хорошо:

когда я порвал манекен в обычном доме, иногда он просто ходит по кровати или столу, и он просто телепортируется на крыше XD

    но это иногда глупо

Наконец-то у нас новый сельский житель! - Где он? Ох на крыше))

Ну, может быть, что-то, что они не будут ходить по этому объекту или они не будут глюкать через крышу;)

это нормально и не нужно изменять. Достать манекен из воды или ямы можно только так

there is a good reason for this behaviour. npc teleport to the surface in case they fall into a pit or cave. That's intentional.

Though there is surely room for improvement

  • Please write in English in an English threa

my native language is italian but i am the server administrator where 91 russian players play and they don't ask for a forum in russian they read what is there there are constant problems with the translator he distorts the translation very much he just has a small

    reserve of words for translation

if you can't read it, you don't need to do it, it's not written for you. Those who are interested can always translate it for themselves using

    the translator they have.

Irene studied at Moscow State University for 6 years, it is in Moscow, and she knows the Russian language well, all the players understand her in the chat, you just need to behave decently and respectfully to other players

I think you should seriously consider to use another translator. Yours doesn't do you a good service.

Some posts come across very rude, while others just don't make any sense. Hence you don't get much reaction.

being friendly is the most important of course ;)

  • if you can't read it, you don't need to do it, it's not written for you.

you just need to behave decently and respectfully to other players

It would be respectful to respond in English if someone starts an English post. No matter how you translate something, it can always come across incorrectly.

For example, if you translate Russian into English, you get exactly what the author would have gotten from a translation. So, if you have something to contribute, you can provide it directly.

But interfering in an English (or whatever) discussion with your own language and then saying "that's not for you" is neither respectful nor friendly.

it doesn't matter what language the answer was in, the internet was turned off and I couldn't translate, the remark was made not by the author of the post but simply by a reader who didn't give his answer and it's a shame now my knowledge of the game will remain with me and I don't need the forum

  • it's time to end these reproaches, she shouldn't justify herself to anyone. We are here only for a dialogue with the developer, we are not interested in anything else here.

Cool down please. All of you.

if you want to talk only with the developer just send him a direct message.

don't feel offended by other languages.

And please, for the sake of peace, use another translator. no idea which one you are using currently but it is the worst I've ever seen. Your posts in English don't make any sense sometimes or at least i need to read it a couple of times to get the point.

If you post in Russian i can read it and understand part of it but i won't bother to use my own translator honestly.

In communication trainings you learn that the one sending a message is responsible to send it clear and understandable.

English is a world wide used language for communication. It's helping a lot if you put some effort in it.

that said... no one should feel offended by what language is used. We all have other cultural backgrounds. It just helps if we use one language for communication in an international forum
