I couldn't find the original source anymore, but at least I found a post of this developer again, who mentions drafts in this German thread: https://community.woltlab.com/…ostID=1490571#post1490571 I hope he is talking about what I mean

There should be an option to make a new thread invisible or unpublished. Red mentioned this as he uses it for putting together the update notifications prior to posting. As a moderator I wonder if you have the option as well.

Yes, but there should be an easier to use draft function for everyone.

The draft feature seems to be only available for WBB 4.1 (as well as auto-saving, which is a real blessing). We're still using WBB 4.0, but will upgrade shortly
