hmm well depends what you are talking about the names woodplank, woodlog, woodbeam, ironingot, copperingot, etc. will most likely not change at all, as in what would they be changed to? wood_plank, iron_ingot? I don't see the point in such a change so would assume it is not going to happen.

A new 0.5.4 version of the PnB plug-in is now available.
Apparently at least some of the last fixes did not percolate into the .jar file (possibly NetBeans is less smart than Eclipse and does not rebuild all the necessary files 
).
This version is a full manual rebuild and all the known bugs should be fixed.
This is presumably the 'final' version of the plug-in: no more development on it, other than maintaining it working according to RW evolution.

yes for netbeans I have noticed that if you don't do a full clean and build it doesn't reconsider classes that had been previously built and have no changes 
I always do Shift+F11 (i.e. clean and build option)
tbf I think eclipse is a bit better but I have only used it once or twice so never got used to it, netbeans is simpler imo

The current triangles are isosceles which are wonderful but limited in their application. It would be wonderful if you could add right-angle triangles as well.

you can sink half of the triangle into a beam for a rt triangle and you can reduce the height to make a rt triangle too. 
there is a math equation, I can't remember now, to be able to set the height of the triangle to make it a rt triangle with 2 eqial sides, but I just eyeball it myself

Thanks for the suggestion. That definitely helps but it's not always possible to embed a plank inside another / snap it where you need it. Having rescalable genuine RH triangles would be a nice thing.

Well, shapes are defined by RW; this plug-in just adds the texturing.

It is a shape you can only get through the console, but it is a built-in shape.
just to let you know. on page 4 of the textures there is a doubled thumbnail. texture 196 shows as texture 206 in the texture list but still produces the proper texture 196. the actual Texture 206 works fine.

Yep, I have tried it with rwgui 5.0 & 5.1. No luck. I have tried it on both my server & single player. I know I have to be missing something, I'm just not sure what. Lol
