enable the debug console (set game_debug_console=false to true in the config.properties file), start the game, switch to fullscreen mode, once you start getting the fps lag wait 10 seconds and close the game, then upload the latest log file here (which can be found in the "Logs" folder in your game dir)

ok that is a steam API related error, could you upload the "errorlog" or "hs_err_pid" file? there should be one named like that in your game files. That will provide more information.
-
There is no such file
-
hmm weird...if the game crashed a file named "errorlog_somenumber" or "hs_err_pid_somenumber" should be there...
ok If there is no such file then turn the logging on (as I said above), reproduce the issue wait 10 seconds and upload the log (from the Logs folder) here.
Eitherway the fps issue and the steam API crash are two completely unrelated problems.

I am sorry but there is no way to know what is causing your fps to drop from two screenshots.
General advice would be to update your graphics card drivers, install any pending windows updates. I cannot help any more without a full log (that would show me also what graphics card/driver you are using and more.)
Please do the following:
1) navigate to your Rising World directory
2) open the config.properties file with a text editor (e.g. notepad)
3) change the setting called game_debug_console=false to game_debug_console=true
4) run the game in windowed mode, then switch to fullscreen mode, move around a bit, wait 10 seconds and close the game
5) go to the Logs folder in your Rising World directory
6) sort the list by date
7) upload the latest log file here -

hmm ok your geforce driver seems to be up to date, you can try updating the intel driver (with the one found here: https://downloadcenter.intel.c…909/Intel-HD-Graphics-630) but I doubt that will fix the problem.
Everything else in the log looks perfectly fine. maybe @red51 can figure out sthing I am not seeing

Red wrote once in this thread: [Linux] Fullscreen Display Mode issue to use the undecorated mode instead of the fullscreen mode. Maybe you try this out. It looks like fullscreen but is actually windowed mode. i dont really know much about those things but maybe this can help you.

The Error initializing Steam API error occurs when the Steam API could not be initialized. This may happen sometimes, unfortunately it's a Steam thing, so it's out of our control. To fix it, simply restart your Steam client, usually this does the trick
About the fps issue: One reason for the limited framerate may be a low refreshrate in combination with vsync. Make sure vsync is disabled in the graphics options. Maybe you can also post a report file, this would give more information about the current fullscreen mode. To do that, open the console ingame (by pressing ` or ~ or ^) and type "report" (without quot. marks), then a file called "report" will appear in your game directory. Please post this file here
Alternatively you could use the undecorated mode, as suggested by @SimonK. To do that, adapt the resolution to your desktop resolution, disable the fullscreen mode and check the "undecorated" box. This provides an alternative fullscreen mode which runs more smoothly in most cases^^

Report file here
-
Unfortunately, none of which did not work
-
Sorry for the late response! Thanks for the report file, everything seems to be fine there... In this case I'd recommend to use the undecorated mode. Make sure to disable the fullscreen mode and check the undecorated box in the graphics settings
-
I do so No problem...
-
Do you mean it works fine now, or are you still running into this issue?
-
I'm playing on the small screen.
