Curved ladder

Not sure what you mean by a "curved ladder", but anything is possible with PNB and rotation of small segments....

However, creating a ladder out of beams will not make it behave like a ladder.

I believe the word "curved" in combination with "ladder" is a bit misleading.

two ways - build it with beams, it will work with this angles
or make a blueprint of the ingame ladder and place it in the way you like it

and remember when you try something special - you can blueprint every object and place it as blueprint in any angle you want.

yes as dagoline said you can blueprint any in game item and then free rotate/place it without restrictions (e.g. ceiling lanterns upside down on the floor and such)
