Hey everybody,

if I could suggest, I'd like to see this:

1. add another gear layer - armor, making wearing armor and top at the same time possible
2. carpets! some medieval rugs, bear furs would be great (maybe in 3d also)
3. shields! I understand this is for a long run, but it just would be great!
4. boats (maybe some ships) - sailing like a viking sir!
5. weapon/tool holders and armor racks - would be fine to show everyone how cool my armory is!
6. functional shelves (placing items with same mechanics as placing steak on grill) - I dont find this complicated
7. more clothes and armors to suit medieval players

That's all for now, thanks for a chance to share my ideas.

perfect! I forgot to also mention the cooking. My suggestion is to add wheat/grain plant, make grain mill working with that. After collecting flour player could be able to craft dough that could be baked in the oven (for first stages baking on grill should be sufficient). I would appreciate also some recipes and ways to bake potatos, or maybe boil corn.

And sorry for the bear fur, I just forgot about it. Lets say medieval rugs/carpets are the point

a full cooking update is also planed and it has been confirmed that wheat with some sort of grinder to get it to flour will be part of it

is there going to be some kind of dev blog available? So that we can see planned changes and additions and maybe update dates, stuff like that?

Not for now unfortuantely, the game is developed by only one person, red51, and if he were to keep a dev blog while making the game the updates would be delayed and he doesn't want that.

There has been information thrown around on steam discussions and here so if you keep reading all the new posts you kinda get an idea of what is more or less coming and approximately when (not exact dates but next update or one after next etc.)

The Medieval armor stuff making me think this is just a Reign of Kings knockoff. Don't get me wrong I enjoy that fact that people have Medieval only servers but I would love some earlier period clothes and weaponry. Maybe even some later or Napoleonic era stuff too.

That stuff would be nice to have but I'd prioritize ton of other stuff before we get to small but important points like that.

Ok but from my point of view clothes are a artist task while much of the the other stuff is programmer related.. albeit not each without the other something for the artist to do while the mechanics are worked on.

As minotorious stated, bear rugs are already in game. For any other rug type, google the image you like, and upload to a poster. PLace the poster wherever you like, the effect is quite nice!!

I put floor mosaics down like in my Ancient Greek city area. They look wonderful.

Min, I think Red51 said that the grinding station may be used to grind wheat, in a post about a year ago. I think he talked about getting milk from cows and eggs from hens also.

Importing .png file shots of carpets and rugs can also give you the ability to place carpets and rug images to decorate floors and to use as tapestries also. Frame them and you have pictures/portraits to decorate with.

I would like to see us able to weave our own carpeting and tapestries in due time.
