I'm very excited for exploring new biomes, even if its just a few new ones at first.

The next update will be available on Wednesday, December 18, in the early evening (GMT+1).
This update will not yet replace the Java version, instead it is the actual content update. We'll provide more information about the transition together with the update.

I've never bought the standalone version but I assume it should be a tab that shows up at the top of the website when you're logged in if you've purchased it. How did you originally download the java version after buying it?
-
There's instructions for how to get the new version for the standalone game here: How to get the new version
Should be a link to it in the Downloads Section where you originally downloaded the java version.

Hello everyone, I've been on your server since yesterday and I'm really excited.
I would have already appeared on your Discord if the invitation was still valid
Welcome! And sorry about that, Discord changed the invite links a while back but it looks like they have non-expiring ones again. Here's the link: https://discord.gg/vdswGUpSf5

The "Insert" button also works to copy blocks.

Wow, these are superb, so much detail and so life-like looking.

What Juggernaut linked you to is 12cm x 13cm x 6cm. You'll have a hard time finding anything smaller than that which is also capable of running a game server. At a minimum, you need a motherboard, CPU, RAM, and an SSD/HDD to run a server. $659 USD is about as cheap as that hardware gets unless you're sourcing older/used parts.
Also, you'd probably get more help on things if you didn't antagonize people in your posts before they've even had a chance to offer you help or go on unrelated tangents about politics that no one asked or commented about. You catch more flies with honey than with vinegar.

Got some meat left over from trying to teach cows to fly.
(And hey, they can fly farther than chickens )
Now that is a work of art, lol.

Another log from a crash that just happened. It just seems to be so random.
-
Hello, since the last game update and possibly since the last update to Yahggigle's World Protection plugin, our server seems to crash at the most random times. Sometimes the last thing in the log is someone destroying terrain but a few times there's been nothing in the log to indicate a possible cause.
Does anyone have any idea what may be causing the server crashes? I'm attaching the last few logs from when its crashed. Thanks for any help!

Still experiencing some bugs with version 3.2.
- A "frend UIDGuest" message shows in chat when I try to place building elements as an admin.
- Two players have reported not being able to dig or place blocks in some of their claims and receive a message "You cannot do that here"
- My server crashed from an error from the plugin, attaching the log.
- The server console is also spammed with "API: Received raycast result - True @" since updating the plugin
-
As someone who grew up in New Mexico, this looks great!
-
The server didn't crash (so good news).
Basically if a plugin creates too many null pointer errors the server will cleanly shutdown.
As a temp fix, go into your server.properties file and edit the Plugin_ErrorThreshold and set the value higher.
I'm sure yahgiggle just needs to add a null pointer check in his code.
Thanks!

Getting this error in chat in-game and the server crashed after installing the newest version. See attached screenshot and log.

Stared playing this server yesterday with a friend and I love it . great job on the server still learning a lot of things in this game but it is very fun and exciting.
Welcome! Glad you're enjoying it. We'll be planning out some more towns with portals and roads/infrastructure so its easier to get around as the new Unity version develops more. The long-term hope is to have a player-run economy, more events and group builds, and other things to activate the server more as RW becomes more popular.
-
Not an issue I'm sure, but you do get a version miss match warning when starting the server.
0.6.7.2 VS 0.6.7.1
Yep, just got that too, but seems to have launched fine.

Hi Yahgiggle,
There's still some bugs that need to be fixed:
1. Chat is spammed with a message every time a player interacts with an object.
2. It's possible to paint things in other people's claims.
3. Admins don't have full permission in other people's claims for things like terrain modifications/placing plants/etc.
4. Allowing mining and chopping trees in unclaimed areas still doesn't seem to work.

Now that we have new round top doors I've realized that we also need half-rounded top doors so that we can make double doors that fit into an arched opening. Maybe also some gothic arch top doors could be interesting. Gate options would also be nice, such as wrought iron, picket fence, etc.
I would also love to see some hanging lanterns similar to the ones in the java version. While I can make my own using blocks, the flame from the torches behind a glass enclosure just doesn't render well and the flame itself becomes completely invisible when looking through glass. Maybe there can be different eras of lantern with torch/candle flame, gas flame, and electric bulb.
Alternatively, or maybe in addition, there could be torch/gas flame/lightbulb objects that could be placed by players into their custom built light fixtures as a light source.

Ok Guys i have started work on a Admin Tools panel, but i need your help with what is needed in this panel
Please add a request and if its possible ill add it to the todo list.
- Settings to allow all unclaimed areas to be modified, i.e. tree chopping, mining, hunting, harvesting food, building. There should be similar settings for the town areas.
- Ability to transfer ownership of claims and ability to add friends to other player's claims.
- Settings to change the amount of points earned per minute of playtime, and/or how many additional points each claim costs. Maybe a setting for default starting points.
- Maybe a way to view a list of claims where the owner has not logged on in 30/60/90+ days and ability to teleport to them/delete them.
- Similarly, maybe a way to enter a player's name and see a list of all the areas they've claimed and ability to teleport to them.
There's also still a "Not clamed" typo on unclaimed areas that should be "Unclaimed". Also on the menu buttons, "Show Area's" and "Hide Area's" should just be "Show Areas" and "Hide Areas".

I think the default ones are fine. I usually subscribe to the idea that simpler is better, though I do like the spacing and reordering of the buttons in your screenshot.
