Thanks for that
Win 8 compatibility and disable scaling means no more issues for me.

Same issues here on a R9 380. Native resolution is 2048 x 1152. Seems only the top quarter of the screen is showing. What was in the update that' s caused this seems odd. Usually happens when I get a new game not with one I've been playing for 9 months

I've being playing since January. I updated to WIN 10 via update method. Am just doing a clean install, have reinstalled RW but see no Worlds folder for saved games in the new RW installation in the Steam folder which I created. Had saved my Worlds folder so I could copy saves across.
I ran RW and saved game, new game loads fine but I can't find the folder.
Can someone tell me the new location please
BTW the save games are for single player, not sure if multiplayer uses same location.Cheers

Suddenly it was 2 hours later..
You should be ok if it's only 2hrsI think I've been sucked into the vortex of Rising World.
Welcome to the addictsAlso welcome to the forum guys.

I think rope could be like ladders you can add a new length and they click together, So would quite happily emulate tying a new length of rope on. Of course your knot making will have to be good

Yes, cool, well probably not physically :).

Yes it is a good Idea. When I first started playing about the turn of the year, I died a good few times, falling into caverns or off my buildings. I think we talked about scaffolding, but I think your idea is more flexible.

Wow your really spoiling us now
Brilliant stuff. I only just found out when I went to my anvil and saw all the new resources.
Absolutely wonderful, thanks. -
This game just keeps on getting better
Great work.

My name is Chris and I'm a rising world addict. I can't get through a day without at least 2~3 hours of rising world game time.
It's awesome -
I was building away yesterday and found a bear laying down. I wondered if it was dead until I saw it breathing. It's a wonderful animation. I'd strongly suggest all of you who play survival mode and so get only distant views to switch on peaceful play just to see how great and realistic this looks. Brilliant.

Not yet I don't think. Before it becomes a pet need to build up some trust, will start with rabbits as pets I think they don't tend to be as fatal.

i second that
and yes at times it must fell like we are all screaming at you when things don't work right but the fact is and i hope the others agree its because we all love your work and we all just want this to be as good as it can be and we all think your doing a awesome job.Absolutely, I think your commitment is shown with the release of this patch, originally you'd billed it as available early Friday evening I think. I got up this morning and saw this thread was started 10 hours earlier which means you must have had a damn long day in the office.
From the changelog this patch has developed into quiet a bit more than a "little" patch I don't think anyone would have cause for complaint if had been delayed. It's a level of your commitment and professionalism that you delivered on time.Off to play now. "Where's the honey"

you are the best game development team ever
Seconded, there's no other developer who listens and delivers what he says. You have one of the most vibrant forums, I lurk around a lot of places. To cap it all you are developing one of the best games I've seen for a long while.
Thanks again

It's not de wabbits it's those pesky bears. I need a gun
-
Yep you got it. If you use flying you can lead the bear away. Fly just above the bear and then move in the direction you want the bear to go, the bear follows you. I guided one over a pit hoping it would be trapped, like other animals I've seen, sadly it didn't just remained stuck in mid air.
-
Thanks very much for that, will give it a go.
Edit:-
Brilliant worked a treat. Thanks -
Damn these pesky bears. I had a sudden thought this am. Fences, that would keep the bears out.
So there I was building the fence keeping a weather eye on the bear. Had got a decent length done, turned my back then got savaged. Forgot the animals can walk through wood, so back to the drawing board.

Yes wash basin and bathroom sink are the same and as you say easily blocked
As we're an international forum I guess it would be simpler for understanding to stick with bathroom sink and kitchen sink ?
