with this new update my game will chug at times, With 16 GBs of ram and RTX5050 video I would of that I would be fine.
I made changes in the settings and that helped. I remember back in the day we could ad ram to the short cut but I cannot remember the setting?

That was the Java version that you could "add RAM" ... Unless I am missing something?

Placement Tools (F6), Place Objects (4) I have to press 5.
Removal Tools (F7), Remove Objects (4) I have to press 5 and Remove Items (5) I have to press 6.
Thanks for letting me know!
I will take a closer look at this issue! Also, my silly wandering NPC's (human and animals) can walk DOWN steps/stairs but NOT UP steps/stairs. They could before the 9.3 update.
Oh, I will check out what's going on there

Also my chickens will not walk down the ramp and leave the coop nor will they enter the coop after walking up the ramp (the chickens inside the coop were manually placed to test). Could before update. I know, the new collision system (can this manually be tweaked in the database somewhere?).
Hmm... do you mind sending me a blueprint of the chicken coop? Then I can take a closer look at that

I received the sinkhole bp btw! I'm not 100% sure why the 32x1x32 layer is missing, but maybe the center of the block was outside the selection area? There is a limitation that the blueprint selector only saves elements where the pivot (i.e the center point of the element) is inside the selected area

Oh, do you mind posting a screenshot of that issue? I tried to reproduce it but apparently it's not happening always

Hmm... maybe create a separate topic about that. This seems to be a more complex problem in which several factors may play a role

There is unfortunately no setting to change the RAM (this was in the Java version, as mentioned by MarcosRC )... the new version just uses as much RAM as is available.

Another small hotfix is now available btw! It should fix a few rendering issues and a few smaller bugs.
This update is optional for multiplayer servers.
Hotfix (2026-09-06):
- [New] Added "findvehicle" console command to find the last used vehicle/boat (MP: also see "findvehicle" permission under "command")
- [Bugfix] Fixed an issue where animals were always female after growing up
- [Bugfix] Fixed lights causing oversaturated spots in deep caves
- [Bugfix] Fixed "dithered" hands on AMD graphics cards when holding items or petting animals (feedback needed)
- [Bugfix] Fixed flickering shadows (feedback needed)
- [Bugfix] Animals standing on a boat no longer cause it to capsize
- [Bugfix] Dedicated server: fixed duplicated output in console and logs on Linux (feedback needed)

btw, I know that the hotfix fixes lights causing oversaturated spots in deep caves, but I still kinda miss the older java shadow system. Like caves were actually dark if you looked in, now theyare full bright until you go in, then randomly it becomes dark. In the cave it looks cool, but outside the cave you cant even see depth good because its just as bright as outside. Will this be changed some day?

Question about grazing animals. If the grass will deplete... how do we get it back in survival without having to deplete the grass elsewhere? It currently doesn't spread...

Yeah, that's been bothering me for quite some time, too. Unitys HDRP provides no way to change that because it makes it impossible to access light data from a shader. I'm thinking about modifying the HDRP package to change that (we're already doing that for a few other things anyway), but that would be a deeper change which might possibly break other things, so unfortunately I can't say whether or when this will change

Unfortunately grass does not regrow yet... so currently the only way is to collect grass elsewhere... but changing this is definitely on my to-do list :
