I've been noticing that recent Steam reviews are going down fast because many people believe that this game does not have enough content to warrant the price. I know that Red's working hard, but it'd be nice to get a notice on when the next update is coming. I especially want an update that adds some dangerous aspects of Rising World. Minecraft was so popular because it hard dangerous nights, and thus people looked up tutorials on how to survive throughout the night, and it exploded on YouTube. The same thing could happen to this game if there's a reason for people to look up tutorials. I feel this could really help this game gain popularity.
Any new updates on the way?

Red won't give information about the release of the next update because it would be very vague. I'm sure that it wasn't only the dangerous aspects of minecraft that made it very popular. But anyway dangerous aspects would be cool .

true words. That would be really cool.

Managed to get Traincraft working and I'm loving how I can have it compared to what Rising World "could" have in realism. That Zeppelin in Traincraft just became a new toy to play with in hopes of having a smooth flight in the world. We'll see.....Trains on the mining level would be a a sweet introduction, yet making me curious how much it'll cost to make, balance out, and etc. I again have to whine/vent about boats still being useless with version mismatch that I'm hoping Rising World shall be wise about their boats. Everything needs to match up & be worthwhile in quality.
As for this update this coming monday, awesome! API first, then Dungeons, then player models (or so Red51's plans are). I do hope there's at least one useful feature in this API update. Some people will of course be furious, throwing tantrums.
API > Dungeons > Player models.
Can't wait to see these dungeons, and then teasers for the player models. Itching so badly that I even want the horses

Funnily enough, an update is coming today, exactly a month after the last update.
-
yeah. It hit my computer already. No changelog yet. I see the game can now be paused. Other than that I dont think there is any content besides the API integration. Lumber can be crafted on the saw bench which was one of my requests. I think I see an improvement to distance rendering but I could be mistaken about that.

Lol the mini-pig looks interesting. Seems like it should be a phased growth pig, so that it eventually grows into an adult. Imagine if they did this with all the animals.

The update released between when I had to leave for work & on my break. Sometimes around there....I had to wait to get home to see what's new, yet amused that the little piggies are fun creative entities which shall hopefully see use once we get closer to animal farming & breeding. Shall be neat.
Glad the update finally released as it was one brick wall we really needed to pass to get to the Dungeons and then player & customization. The update was delayed by a week from what I remember Red51 mentioning, yet it's out, and I'm glad it's out.
Nice! My quickthoughts already posted about it, yet enjoying the past update more over this one. Shall have to wait and see what people do also, and I need to release a video of my own soon. Long overdue.
