Beside birds, also beautiful insects like butterflies, dragonflies (beside ponts) and also amphibians like frogs (also beside ponts) would be nice.
There is no need to interact with them, it is enough that they are in the playing world here and there and also many different kinds, not just many.
This was the first thing i got when i googled dragonfly and yes please add that 🤣
If you know what a dragonfly is. you don't even look at the other thing. 
Would love to see ducks, geese, and turkeys. Not only can they be found wild, but they are all domesticatable species too. Feathers used for arrows (as I saw someone else say further up), and possible down for bedding or clothes. If they swam too, that would be so cool! (not the turkeys though lol)
How about mosquitoes? They could make you sick.

I would be happy if they add small birds which fly, land and jump around on the ground.
It would add much more feel of life.
