Hey, das tut mir Leid zu hören Ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass es ggf. Probleme mit dem VRAM gibt... das ist leider das Hauptproblem der Linux-Version, da Unitys Vulkan-Implementation (zumindest i.V.m der HDRP) extrem problematisch und VRAM-hungrig ist (ca. 5-10x höherer VRAM Verbrauch im Vergleich zu DirectX11)... das wird leider auch mit jeder Version schlimmer.

Falls du die Möglichkeit hast kannst du Proton verwenden (wie room6675 schon empfiehlt), in vielen Fällen läuft das besser (zumindest dann, wenn VRAM ein begrenzender Faktor ist).

Aber sende am besten einmal einen Report. Drücke dazu einfach ESC und wähle dann unten rechts den roten "Report" Button (gib danach ggf. noch einen kurzen Hinweis ein, zB "Schlechte Performance Linux" o.ä) und sende dann den Report

Was FMOD angeht: Der "Max" Wert besagt lediglich, wieviel FMOD zwischenzeitlich an RAM verbraucht hat... die ca. 300 MB sind absolut im grünen Bereich

Unfortunately Steam is apparently having some problems today... the forums and website are sporadically unavailable and the backend is also barely accessible... unfortunately this problem has been going on for several hours now. It prevents me from releasing the server hotfix, so if this doesn't get resolved within the next hour or so, I will have to release the hotfix tomorrow

I think you're probably referring to the first part of my response (about the clothes)? Multiple colors are definitely planned (that had also been on our to-do list for objects, for example), but this also requires some changes to the crafting menu... depending on when we add the feature, it may initially be limited to a single color, but support for two or more colors would follow at a later date then

Hmm... nothing has changed about the water... but you could try this: open the config.properties file in the game directory and add this line at the bottom (if it does not yet exist):

Graphic_WaterMaterialQuality=0

Then save the file and restart the game. Does that make a difference?

There was indeed a minor change to the snow effect which seems to have a considerable impact on performance, at least on some GPUs... I will fix that with the next hotfix!

Das ist auf jeden Fall geplant, erfordert aber leider etwas mehr Arbeit (da die Animationen darauf angepasst werden müssen)... kann daher leider noch nicht sagen wann das genau kommt, sollte aber nicht in all zu weiter Ferne liegen

Der Restart selbst kann leider keinen Shutdown in dem Sinne durchführen, sondern er weist das OS an, den Prozess neuzustarten.

Welcher Port bleibt denn genau blockiert? Manchmal ist es auch so, dass das OS den Port zwar noch als belegt kennzeichnet, aber er eigentlich wieder frei ist. Du könntest sonst testweise mal Server_EnablePortCheck auf False ändern (in der server.properties) und schauen, ob der Server dann korrekt neustartet

With "game" you're probably referring to the server (or do you really mean the client)? Is there any external restart handling in case of a server crash? If you don't get an error in the console or server log file, it indicates that there is a native crash (but in this case the server itself wouldn't perform a restart)

Thanks for pointing out that it's related to area permissions! There seems to be indeed a bug that area permissions are not being taken into account correctly for the "useallobjects" permission Sorry for the trouble, I will prepare a (server-only) fix for that shortly!

Hehe, I'm glad to hear that! More decorative items are also planned btw, but we have to make sure that they will be part of a bigger update (otherwise some people might not be happy if an update mainly adds decorative items)

Yes, players are always allowed to use their own doors. After removing and re-placing the door, it automatically becomes their door.

But for doors specifically, there are only two permissions relevant: the general useallobjects permission under general (if it's false, the player cannot interact with any objects he does not own) and the new usealldoors permission. If you want players to be able to use other doors, set useallobjects to true and also set usealldoors to true (although that's the default value for this permission anyway).

We've just released another (really minor) hotfix btw (just a few KB). It only reduces the spawn chance for old boots when fishing

There had been indeed a small change. There is a usealldoors (new) and useallchests permission (under general). If it's about naturally spawned objects (e.g in POI's), the usenaturalobjects permission (new) will be relevant. Otherwise everything is affected by the general useallobjects permission.

I've also updated the overview of all permissions: Permissions [New Version]

However, if something still does not work as expected, please let me know

Dag Unfortunately the standalone download is currently broken You can still play the previous version (by launching the "RisingWorld.exe" directly), but unfortunately the download of the update isn't available yet... we're still working on it and hopefully this will be fixed shortly! Ja, das ist mir auch aufgefallen, daher hab ich dieses Kleidungsstück mit dem letzten Hotfix zumindest erstmal wieder aus dem Crafting-Menü rausgenommen Das erfordert leider ein paar mehr Änderungen, daher weiß ich leider nicht, ob es das noch in einen Hotfix schafft... aber ich werde es auf jeden Fall noch ändern
