    For the stack changes, I liked your ideas to create difficulty level which could custom that thing.


    Also, I have a little complaint about power of ranged weapons. As far as I see, every weapon one shot any mob. I just try to shoot an elephant with the crossbow and it was one shot. It would be more « survival » to had more hitpoints to mobs or reduce damage from these weapons ? perhaps add a «headshot» reward (critical damage) witch one shot, but bears and big animals need to be more difficult to face on I think.


    Also, for tiers tools. I think steel pickaxe will be underused. I love it, but the mining drill is more « sexy » for sometime less effort (mithril is deep, or you manage to find a dungeon, mining drill require only basic ores). I would suggest rising up the mining drill cost (with at least mithril in recipe) and return the power it had in preview (it was furious !). Very late tool, but very rewarding. and steel pickaxe would have a great niche.


    I love this update. Sounds and new musics are beautiful too. Congrats !

    First minutes on my server updated : so far so good ! the chests have all the stuff with old stacks.
    Some weird grey icons in a crate. If I remember right, it was bones in that one (chests and suchs).


    No issue so far with buildings. In term of hitbox, I have been stuck/blocked by woodplanks (like those around the door ways) so we have to walk right !


    We are taller than before ! I have to adapt some little walkways in my prison ^^ we now need 3 block and half

    It was lot's of fun to test the preview, thank you for your great work. Lot's of changes are very smart (the preview placement voxel is fantastic) and I can't wait to update my main world/server with this new update.


    And during this preview, I took time to build a little home, so all was nice ;)


    Evolution since last hotfix :
    - bandages and slit legs can be used, great !
    - morning star deals damage with LMB but crash the game if using secondary action (RMB) :

    Iron tools in general could be more expensive in iron I think. We can find iron ore pretty easy, and now, with the same amount of iron, we can craft an iron tool or 2 muskets balls. also, the mining drill (whitch is very fun and much appreciate for future huge builds) need to be harder to get. Actually, on my new world I got the mining drill before the steel pickaxe (witch is pretty damn cool, but suffer of the mining beast). Add mitrhil to the recipe at least.

    After the hotfix, for me :
    - crafting clothes is ok \o/ We have so much choices, it's great ! I found my "wooly" ! I try out the leather armor too (need some space in inventory for all that leather :p) so : armor has been implemented yet (reducing damage taken) ?
    - steel hoe : Ok but morning star deals no damage still
    - bandage et leg split always broken (as my legs after trying out :p)
    - your facial customization (beard at least) vanish when wearing a hat (in inventory window at least)


    Apart of that, the game runs great for me

    "clothing xmashat" in console.


    I think this night, Red51 didn't sleep too much. I have tested the last commit and almost all the bugs I had seen have been resolved (image missing, the coming back of torchmount and sledgehammer). I can now make paper in the press (water)


    For me, issues left :
    - bandages and split legs can't be appliqued
    - pumpking seed go back in inventory after planting then
    - morning star doesn't deal any damage


    Also, I notice that you can't loot your ammo, they are not in the dead body.

    Some info, after playing the beta update (new world). Debian 9 - Linux 4.9.0-4-amd64 Java: 1.8.0_131 amd64 0.9_37


    - linux fullscreen option: OK
    - some preview are zoomed in (construction items)
    - Bandages and leg splits can't be applied by holding RMB
    - water can't be put on rags
    - some seeds cannot be planted (go back in inventory) (potatoes, watermelon, pumpking)
    - ligtbulb, lumber miniatures "image missing" in inventory
    - can't find/craft the sledgehammer ?
    - can't place a torch, there are no more torchmounts
    - some crashs when "quit to main menu" (not each time)


    Otherwise, some thoughts :
    - Fall damages are no joke
    - Mining drill is so cool !
    - increasing the speed and run is very nice
    - World seems to render faster
    - Musket is much more effective than crossbow :P


    I have more to investigate, so many changes
