Ok, so I suck at geometry, trying to figure how to make a round foundation.
I wanna build something that looks like this....
Does anyone know of a video or website that can teach me how to make something like that or close to it? I wanna build a backyard garden. Hopefully with new updates I can plant all sorts of flowers and bushes and so on. Something I always wanted to have, but could never afford it. LOL!
Have you tried playing around with the beams Friend? They can be used to create rounded formations like the ones in your image. Hope this helps Friend. 
u can make that with beams. All u need to know is that a circle is made of a bunch of straight lines. U can make an octagon with ramps and blocks, then use textured beams so finish the outline. The is the only thing that can get a bit tricky, but if u make ur planks small enough The its do-able. The other thing that gets tricky is the amount of materials u need to make a circle.

How can you paint beams with brick texture?
you dont paint yet but you can spawn them hit the ~ or ` key and type item woodbeam 64 23 like that 64 = the amount 23 is the id you want, to find the id open the block bench and look for the type if brick you want your beam to look like, once found use that id inplace of 23, this trick can only be done if you have the rights todo so meaning you need to be on single player mode or a admin or on a server with the rights set to let users spawn items.
