What recipes requires mithril ingots? I thought stuff like steel pickaxe needed it? But just checked and it doesn't - was this changed? Am I going mad? All possible!

It looks like there are no more recipes which uses mithril atm... actually I'm not sure about the future of mithril, maybe it will be replaced by something else in a future update
-
Oh I have a question too ;D
In which recipes is silver ore ?
-
Personally I would like to see mithril stay

Even if it is removed I bet you will be able to add it back in via the API in the future, once it supports custom items/recipes/etc.

I also like the availability of mithril.it gives the resources that bit of special topping, and i was a bit saddened that it was removed from the steel tool recipies. It was something that you had to work for quite a bit to get better tools. Now it has gotten much easier (for me too easy) to get those.
Just my 2 cents though... -
Yes, within 2 or 3 days (three of us playing, who didn't all start at the same time, hence the waffling time, and not counting the time to set up a dedicated server), we were able to make everything.
I'm very happy with the building though (Landmark Orphan, Minecraft before that), but it should take players longer to be able to make everything that interests us.
Then again, maybe there's more we haven't found (Tier 2 Crafting Table stuff).

How about a new pickaxe. . . mithril tipped!
I also like the idea of tools degrading and requiring sharpening / repair / replacement.
-
I fully support that thought.
Why not use mithril to upgrade tools so they have a smaller chance to break and / or degrade slower? That would be a nice use imo -
How come mithril a metal is green. I thought it was silver like in Tolkien's novels?
Lets take it out and put in uranium or plutonium so the modernist can have a nuclear bomb.

If it was silver, there would be too much confusion with the actual silver ore^^ But since Mithril is a fictional metal anyway, the color doesn't really matter I guess (at least there are other games out there which use a different color for Mithril)
and put in uranium
That's actually planned
