Getting this error in chat in-game and the server crashed after installing the newest version. See attached screenshot and log.

The server didn't crash (so good news).
Basically if a plugin creates too many null pointer errors the server will cleanly shutdown.
As a temp fix, go into your server.properties file and edit the Plugin_ErrorThreshold and set the value higher.
I'm sure yahgiggle just needs to add a null pointer check in his code.

ATM use Version 2.9 it seems version 3 has a bug that im working out, anyway those areas are areas that are using the RW protection , its not adding anything, its just letting you know

ok i tired to reinstall it and it still doing the same thing and all so tried to take it back to 2,9 and it still doing the same thing do i got to make a new world to wipe it all out ?

What problem are you having, ? Sorry I don't use discord anymore

is he running with view areas on? that would appear as to be placing areas all over the place but that is just a way to see the chunks.not setting areas. I believe you press h to set a town area and b for private claim. Areas aren't set automatically.
also if you have made protected areas with the default area protection, the areas are still there and called admin areas. this is made to work along side the default AP.

i just installed it and it just started going nuts making everything admin area
so i uninstalled it
but i was trying out the 3.0 one

the same problem as i was having yester day it still was just making everything admin area even when i took out the 3.0 and loaded the 2.9 one

thanks, it is always good to know. are you useing steamcmd version or did you use the steam client server?
