It's a matter of a few weeks. I guess the update will be ready in February or early March. Sorry for all the delay!
Thank you for giving us a time frame. I'm really looking forward to the update
Thanks for all your hard work!

Good to know ... Thank you Red - No worries
Nice, to see ninja looking bandits.
Maybe I missed this answer but will there be any auto generated towns/forts or specific areas where these bandits will be or every climate except ocean?
Yes, I agree skeletons remind me of those old movies of clay animations of Hercules or Jason.. yes.
The old movies had some humor in some those sometimes too.
Like after loosing head attack randomly even it's own guys. extra.
You missed the part where The Skelton Dudes Spwan in the Dungeons, and They Ninja Dudes Spawn in Forests ( they Don't Come and destroy your Base) even Though that does seem cool, but we have 7dtd and Empyrion for that.
Update just rolled out 479.4 MB at 12:19 PM EDT here in the USA. Umm... We've got hostiles at least I think so. Fired up up Rising World turns out that the Steam Servers are offline in my area but I am reading 0.9.5 for a version number. @red51 not sure if this is your update or if Steam has just gone cuckoo today. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Backed up my world, loaded it up in offline and it reverted to the 0.9.4.39 version? Is this accurate?
(Edited after Testing)
I think it was just some Steam update I noticed 5/6 of my games have been updated or waiting to be up dated
The update was said to come by late February/March. Also red51 promised to give us a further announcement right beforehand.
It was just a Microsoft .net update, it was for other games also
Thanks guys, makes more sense now that Steam has finished updating 152 games ugh... yeah that took entirely too long. Just caught your posts now as I got back from a meat run at the store 5 lbs. beef for $7.45 each got 5 packages 83% lean now that put a on my face. Sorry for the update alarm though wasn't sure what it was till Steam decided it was time to update every game on my Seagate. Once again thanks a bunch guys, got to pack this meat in freezer bags and stuff it in the freezer. Got some cheeseburgers and homemade french fries tonight
Feb 21st would be GREAT!!!
feb 14 so have somethibg to do when I have no one.
Hmm......... We were talking about the 'Epic Game Store' side of things so I'm just adding onto this with this posting. Just posting this neutrally not favouring one side or the other, just agreeing with Red51 doing his research by checking what option is best. I will also agree with Quartering Steam just suits things best because of how versatile it is, something Epic Game Store still lacks.
I'll have to look deeper into this, yet still prefer Steam's corrupt way of things because of the options. I guess we still have to wait another year to see the results for this Epic Game store with Rising World, and etc......
We want to make a donation
We want to make a donation
I believe the only way to donate is to buy multiple copies of the game
Which is in my opinion the better way to donate. You can gift that copy and extend the range of players. Also even if you buy via steam, the bright side is steam would recognize the game as 'trending' (to a certain degree).
Sir Prising - i would buy it again with pleasure. but i dont know many people in RL who are interested in a building game as rising world. if survival would be more challenging maybe there would be a few
We want to make a donation
I do not think a donation is the way to go. There just have to be many who know that Rising World exists. If we all post on Facebook and Co and share like the crazy ones to reach as many as possible.
Would it be a long-term goal and a short cash injection.
